An Overland Park motorist struck and killed a pedestrian Friday as he crossed a roadway in Polk County.
A preliminary report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol indicates that Ricky Seiner, 53, of Bolivar, Mo., was trying to cross Missouri 13, south of Humansville.
Seiner was hit from behind and died at the scene.
