It's the weekly Overland Park sex, drugs and alcohol report:
- Lots of drunk drivers
- Random OP stoners
- The occasional sex offender
This report lands in my email every Monday morning. I'm late this week, but will be on time Monday a.m. and in the future, OPPD willing.

Wow
look at all those possession charges. Clog the courts and the jails...
while calls to polic about neighborhood dealers go abated.
Neighbor's who rarely leave their houses, act paranoid, have people coming and going and buy new cars like cadillacs, lexuses and SUVs. Calls to law enforcement does nothing and the pattern continues - more sales, more possession charges, more problems for the courts.

So what has happened with the mentality that this kind of stuff doesn't happen in Johnson County anyway?
Thought they were perfect - even with their pig pug noses who drown in rain storms cuz they are so up and mighty

Wow, out here in Colorado possession of less than an ounce of marijuana is punishible by a $100 fine. No arrest, no jail, no wasted police time, jail space,or our tax dollars. I bet most of those marijuana possessions were of less than an ounce in quantity. Look at your tax dollars go down the drain on such a harmless plant. Wheew, I am glad I am paying my tax dollars in the state of Colorado, because at least I know they are spent on real crimes.

Everyone smokes marijuana. Ask any bail bondsman or woman and they will let you know. Maybe instead of spending money on marijuana as a crime, we should make money on the crop. Maybe this could pay for all of our programs? debt????
