With this killing in the news today, here is the obituary published in The Star:
ROBERT WYNN OSBORN Robert Wynn Osborn, 43, Kansas City, MO tragically lost his life on November 20, 2005. Visitation will be held 5-7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 25, 2005 at Missouri Funeral Care, 6113 Blue Ridge Blvd., Raytown, MO. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 26 at the funeral home. Burial in Brooking Cemetery. Robert was born May 17, 1962 in Kansas City, MO. Robert was a member of the Boy Scouts where he earned Eagle Scout. He was a graduate of Raytown High School. While attending Purdue University, Robert was recommended to the Navy as a Pilot for Naval air-craft carriers. Robert was a member of the Huguenot Society and the Sons of the American Revolution. He was very interested in Egyptology and traveled to the pyramids during the millennium celebration. Robert loved aviation and was a member of the Civil Air Patrol. He is preceded in death by his mother, Martha Osborn. Survivors include: father, Glen Osborn, KCMO; brothers, Richard Osborn, KCMO, Ronald Osborn, Lancaster, TX; brother and sister-in-law, Randall and Kim Osborn, Pleasant Hill, MO. John, they should be charged with a hate-crime only if it can be proved that their crime was racially motivated. Surely you're not suggesting that there's a bias in the courts in favor of black crime victims in which the crimes are committed by non-black offenders are you?

Osborn was "racially profiled" for this murder. The woman that was originally target I will PROMISE you was WHITE also.

I am always amazed at how the DOJ stats are distorted by "eddies" so as to "de-color" the reality of black on WHITE crime in the area of homocides and rapes. The information below is the OBJECTIVE TRUTH rather the the "ethnocentric lie" that is spun to cover up the truth.

The rate at which Blacks killed Blacks in 1994 was 876 times greater, and the rate at which they killed Whites was 164 times greater, than the rate at which Whites killed Blacks. Whites were twice as likely to be killed by Blacks than by Hispanics. Blacks were twice as likely as Hispanics and 71 times as likely as Whites to kill members of their own race. One quarter of the nation's homicides were committed by the 0.7% of the population who were Black men between the ages of 18-24. If there were no Blacks or Hispanics in the US at all, our homicide rate might be as low as North Dakota, or 0.2 per 100,000 population, one fiftieth of its all time high of 9.8 in 1991.

Such an extraordinary homicide rate cost this putative Christian nation an extra 24,209 American lives in 1991 alone, and 800,000 during the 20th Century--a loss of life three times greater than all American WWII battle deaths and 200 times greater than the loss attributable to "terrorism" by Muslims.

Black crime in America is real, it's present, it's ongoing, it's pervasive--and it would be far easier to correct than any war on Muslim Terrorists.

So why is it not corrected? Why do we instead go to war against 1.2 billion Muslims in the world, when we didn't lift a finger to protect the 50 million WHITE Christians in Russia from the Bolshevists? Why do we continue to imprison 6% of black men in the US for trivial crimes, and possibly crimes that they didn't even commit, while NOT imprisoning the black murderers?

For the last two decades, the affirmative action hirees in our justice system have FAILED to even prosecute a third of all the murderers in the country, leaving up to a quarter of a million murderers free to murder again--and again. Whites, who commit only 5% of these murders, represent 30% of our prison population, so it's not White murderers who aren't being imprisoned--it's mostly black murderers.

What is the plan here? What better way to create resentment by Blacks against Whites than to falsely imprison Blacks who didn't commit crimes while not imprisoning the majority of Black murderers? Why does the US continue to have the lowest rate of clearance of homicides, leaving one third of all murderers, mostly Black murderers, free to murder again, and again, and again?

Blacks are the only reason the US holds the record as the murder capitol of the world.

Blacks murder six Whites in the US every day.

Young black men are 175 times more likely than White women to be murderers and 145 times more likely to be murdered.

Blacks & Hispanics in America caused an additional 22,374 murders in 1995, of which 6,531 were committed by 18-24 year old Black men.

Genocide of American Whites by blacks and Hispanics:

Took 200 times as many American lives in the 20th Century than Osama bin Ladin.

Homicides per 100,000 population by race:

Whites = 0.7.

Hispanics = 27.

Blacks = 52.

Black men 18-24 years old = 350.

The table from the Bureau of Justice Statistics at http://www.ojp.usdoj.gov/bjs/homicide/ovrace.txt contains three errors which are so grievous and misleading that they could qualify as "genocide":

Murders committed by Hispanics are included in the category for Whites.

This table accounts for only 58% of the homicides in 1993 because it is only the murders which were "cleared".

The rate at which murders by blacks remain unsolved may be higher than the national average because of the nature of black crime and the unwillingness of black witnesses to reveal information to the police.

The large variation in the homicide rate from state to state is due almost exclusively to the higher proportion of blacks and Hispanics in some states coupled with their higher propensity to commit murder, particularly in Washington, DC. People in states like North Dakota, Vermont, Iowa, and South Dakota are up to 1/100th as likely to be murdered as people in states like Louisiana, California, New York and Maryland and 1/355th as likely as people in Washington, DC. But the percentage of the population who are blacks and Hispanics in North Dakota is 1/33rd that of California and 1/58th that of Washington, DC. Every one of the states with a high percentage of blacks and Hispanics has a high murder rate, including California whose low percentage of blacks is made up for by its high percentage of Hispanics. The result is that Hispanics alone are a mortal risk to Californians which exceeds the risk of dying from tobacco smoke by two to three times.

If the entire country had had a homicide rate equivalent to North Dakota's rate of 0.2 per 100,000 population in 1995, rather than 22,895 homicides that year, there would have been only 526 homicides, saving 22,369 American lives. Such a rate over the last half century would have saved more than 893,000 American lives, making multiculturalism an expensive proposition for American Whites. But perhaps it's a boon to blacks and Hispanics who may have killed each other in even greater numbers if Whites hadn't been around to organize their society for them. Had the homicide rate that year been equivalent to Maryland's, 8,672 more Americans would have died, and had it been equivalent to Washington's, 164,776 more Americans would have died. It's likely that Washington's rate would have been even higher had it not been for the 28% of the population there who are Whites.

North Dakota is living proof that White Americans living free of multiculturalism and race mixing could have an even more stable society than Norway or Japan. This low murder rate in 1995 was not a fluke, because North Dakota's rate has has remained the same or even declined over the last two decades. This is not a new situation for states like Maine, Iowa, Montana, New Hampshire, and South Dakota, either, because they have consistently had the lowest murder rates. And they also haven't been bombarded with multiculturalism, miscegenation, and the influx of blacks and Hispanics like the high crime states have. These rates are also equivalent to countries like Singapore, the Slovak Republic, England, Wales, Cyprus and Japan, which also stand as living proof that low crime rates aren't a distant and impossible dream.

White on Hispanic = 208 / 198 million = 0.1 cleared homicides and 0.11 total homicides per 100,000 Whites

Hispanic on White = 851 / 21 million = 4.05 cleared homicides and 4.3 total homicides per 100,000 Hispanics

Hispanic on Hispanic = 4,819 / 21 million = 22.9 cleared homicides and 24.1 total homicides per 100,000 Hispanics

Richard, whoa whoa whoa! Cool your jets! Take a few deep breaths or something. I don't doubt for a minute that there's a huge disparity (understatement) between crimes committed by blacks vs crimes committed by non-blacks. I think you may have missed my point. I wasn't saying what I think you think I was saying.

I'm no lawyer but from a legal standpoint I would think there's a difference between crimes committed in general and crimes committed solely based on the victim's race. I would also speculate that being able to prove race as a factor is not always that simple. In other words, just because a black person kills a white person doesn't necessarily mean it was done just because the victim was white and vice-versa. If it can be proven that race is a factor, then by all means, that person should be charged with a hate crime. That's all I'm saying.

How do you know this to be true?

I know of this case, and yes she is a white woman.
She was driving her car home from work and spotted the two individuals as they drove around looking for someone to kill. She was going to be their next victim, but then they saw Robert - the easy target that only a yellow coward would kill. Murder has reached a new low in Kansas City.

Read Willis's statement carefully. You will find it says, 'we were looking for a white woman to kill...'. But it doesn't matter if they were looking for a white person or a puple person. The sad thing is they were looking to kill someone, anyone. And what is so much worse than that is the fact they were looking to kill someone because they were bored. Here we have a whole new level never seen before. And this could very well be the first of a new and twisted trend. And if so, maybe we need a whole new way to punish people like these.
