From Kansas City police 1:57 p.m.:
"The victim has been identified as Michael Redmond, a 27yr old KCMO resident. Detectives are asking that anyone with information to call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-TIPS."
Redmond's body was found about 1 a.m. near 46th & Park. He was the city's 7th homicide victim of 2006. Story
