Police have released this photo of Juan D. Tinsley, 30, the city's third homicide victim of 2006.
Date: 1/10/06 10:22 p.m.
Place: 5800 block East 20th
Police, dispatched on a sound of shots fired, found Tinsley shot in a car in a grassy area just west of 20th and Topping. Call the TIPS Hotline (816) 474-8477
