Now this is real. If you are worried about sexual predators then concern yourself with those who have access to your child such as teachers, preachers, scout leaders and the like. Put boogie men on the internet way down the list because they lack the access needed to harm your child. Just make certain you monitor your child's internet use and check the history every day.

The list is not complete on WorldNet daily. Instead it is a compilation of cases that showed up in the news that they found. Just from my personal knowledge it does not have the case form Garden City, Kansas of about 9 or so years ago.

There are more out there. Of the older items, only the most lurid hit national news at the time, thus making this list.

Due to the current media and social environment, less sensational cases now make the wires and made it to the list.

However, I would guess that this are only a fraction of the incidents out there, known and unknown. Many districts or building administrations will do just about anything to keep such incidents from coming to light, or will ignore reports arising from students and the staff rumor mill.

And there's a big disparity in how these females with be dealt with in the judicial system. If these cases involved men with female students, well, we'd be screaming for 25 to life. Parity in the justice system as a whole is lacking.

Sexual predator is sexual predator. It is only the debased double standard which would still say a female is not capable of targeting and perpetrating on a young boy and that that this does not constitute a heinous crime, no matter the gender of the victim. Notice, just like male perps, these women are putting themselves in positions where they have authority over and access to youngsters and really, if you ask the victim, I am certain he would advise you it constituted a hideous betrayal and no he did not find it an enjoyalbe way to lose his virginity. Some of these comments are merely further proof it is time for this country to lose the 1980's "porn head" mentality and prosecute adults who target and perpetrate on young boys and young girls, sexual violence is sexual violence. All of the above are criminals, all are a danger to the community and to children.

I believe, although I have not the statistical data to back it up, that the disparity in sentencing between men and women perpetrators is closing. The courts are being tougher on women.
Also, it should be noted, here are some other names which will go on the Sex Offender Registration list, which to me is somewhat harmful after the person has served their sentence, it makes it impossible or at least difficult to get a job and become a responsible member of society. Depending where (in what state) the person lives, for example Iowa, the person would not be allowed to live within the city limits of almost all cities or towns. Just knowing that there is a sex offender list does not protect us, it gives us a false sense of security. Why isn't there a drunk driver's offenders list? The list could go on and on.

Phil Kline does not have a heart, or he would not be pursuing the records of all underage children reported to be sexually active. What is going to happen, is these children will stop going to the doctor, will not get treated for example STD's, will not be able to get their birth control, under fear of exposure. So all he is going to accomplish is to drive them underground.

In too many cases, the length of the sentence, is determined not by the gravity of the crime but how much many and how many resources the offender has. This is true not just in issues dealing with rape, but across the board.

This is a serious issue. Those young kids have all lost a sense of security. The schools in which these acts took place will never be regarded as an institution of education by these students. I think these women should be ashamed of what they have done. They took advantage of young impressionable boys. There is a good chance that these youngsters will be scared for life. As a teacher, I'd have to say that many students "cry wolf" and make up stories to get back at teachers. These days, you can't give a child an "F" without being harrassed in some way. Yes, it's sick to molest a young person. I just hope there is substantial evidence in all of these cases. Even a hint of a molestation charge can ruin a teacher's life forever. And I've seen it happen to a teacher who was innocent.

If these women get convicted, they need to be punished just as much as a man would be and even harder in most cases because they took advantage of students who trusted them. If you're caught selling drugs near a school, the penalties are much worse than if it was not near a school. The judicial system needs to stand up and punish these alleged criminals if convicted and show that female sex offenders will not get off easier than men will.

The second one on the left and the one on the right are not that bad looking. Quite frankly, if I went back 3 years ago and I was still 17, I wouldn't mind asking one of 'em out to a date. I don't see what all the complaining is about with these...

Why don't they just put a GPS tracking device on everyone, have everyone's name, address, social, credit card, phone call history, internet history, and medical history in a central database, and shut the heck up about how America is a "democrocy". When the majority of the house is republican, and a system exists where all republicans can vote one way and democrats another, and republicans still pass a bill - our house is seriously foobared. When a system exists where two 15 year olds concent to sex and are labeled as sex offenders for the rest of their lives, high school proms should be illegal. When a system exists where it is illegal to transfer movies you legally purchased over to your iPod, our consumer rights are messed up. When rogue politics place corporations ahead of the people, our country has sold out to people like Bill Gates. That's what the whole taxation system is for.

As much as I agree that sex with minors is sick, I find it ironic how all 16-18 year olds who commit terrible crimes are all of a sudden classified as MEN by prosecutors and busy body citizens and should be tried in court as MEN, but when a 17 year old has sex with a female teacher they are then classified as a child who needs to be protected and nurtured. This is sad. I was led to have sex with a 30+ year old woman when I was 15/16 years old and she got pregnant from the two times we had sex. I feel as though something was taken from me. This was a woman who was trusted to "watch" me while my family was out of town, and it has in a sense ruined my life. I have a great son, but it has changed the course of my life and added a definate WHAT IF factor to my daily thought process. I think that she should be in jail, or at least had been punished. Instead, I pay child support. What the hell?

Maybe I'm missing something but what is wrong with these boys? If I remember correctly sex was a primary subject of interest among us teen males. Boys today must be different, I or my friends sure as heck wouldn't have said anything, especially as good looking as some of these women are. Essentially, I think a lot of these guys are trying to have their cake and eat it too. I mean a perfect scam, have sex and then sue the school district for millions. I personally have spoken with one such "victim" who was "molested" by a school teacher in the Park Hill School District. He was portrayed as mentally retarded by the media an as being taken advantage of. He was not the brightest bulb I've ever spoken with, but he was not mentally retarded. In addition he was traumatized by anything. He said it was great. He said his only regret was that he genuinely liked the woman's husband and felt bad that he went behind his back and did something that hurt him.

Everyone's welcome here, but it's not just us guys, guys. Anne's right, we're big kids, and Tony's (gulp) right (this time only, lol), the Internet's the Wild West.

But this blog isn't mIRC #cybersex, Usenet alt-dot anything, or a Yahoo chat room. I think you can get across almost any point in a G to PG way.
