From Kansas City police 11:20 a.m.:
The Medical Examiner has ruled the death a homicide. The victim has been identified as Christopher D. Riley, a 26yr old Desoto, KS resident. The cause of death is not being released and anyone with information is asked to call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-TIPS.
Yesterday's post: ...7300 block of E. 88th Ter. to check the welfare of a resident. A neighbor called police after observing blood oozing out from under the door of the apartment.
