KC 2006 homicides #12-13: Tiffany Carter and Marshawn Walker

From Kansas City police 3:40 p.m.:

  • The people who were killed this morning at 4122 Garfield have been identified as Tiffany D. Carter, black/female, 03/09/1982 of KC/MO and Marshawn D. Walker, black/male, 01/21/1986 of KC/MO.  Detectives are still working leads in this case.

You would think that neighborhoods would start up vigilante units to stop this senseless killings. we are ashamned of our behavior. we at least should be.

Too many good people are dying. Anyone who is murdered is too many. We need some Police protection here

Marshawn was my brother and just like last person to comment that would never had happend if John Parker didnt get a phone call from jail, and even if he was allowed one shouldnt it have been moniterd?

wow ! thats my mama its been 6 years now im only 13 & she died when i was 7 its like i miss her so much & i cant really think nun of her i love her & i wish to see her again she was a very good person & her are marshawn my step daddy did not deserve to day I LOVE & MISS YAW ALWAYS !
