Wrong-way driver charged in crash

Strawn_curtisFrom the Jefferson County sheriff's office south of St. Louis:
Curtis Strawn II, 21, of Catawissa, MO in Franklin County, has been charged with involuntary manslaughter, 2nd-degree assault and DUI in a fatal crash Feb. 28 in Jefferson County.
Strawn was driving the wrong way on Missouri 30 when he struck head-on a 2001 Ford Focus driven by Rachel Cates, 34, who was killed; her daughter, 9, was seriously injured, police said.
Curtis, from Catawissa, MO in Franklin County, faces charges of involuntary manslaughter, 2nd-degree assault and driving while intoxicated.
