21 months for Hutchinson VA fraud
KANSAS CITY, KAN. - Karl E. Valentine, 62, of Hutchinson, KS, has been sentenced to 21 months in federal prison for seeking treatment at the VA Hospital in Wichita under the name and Social Security number of the dead husband of the woman he was living with.
