Cop-killer facing death acts up in court

Reader Matt M. notes this courtroom outburst by a cop-killer facing a possible death sentence (my words, not Matt's):

Deputy's murderer subdued after outburst during sentencing phase of trial
Greg Moore was stunned and tackled by sheriff's officers this morning in front of the jury considering whether to sentence him to death for killing a Harvey County sheriff's deputy.

KWCH video with sound-track featuring hysterical daughter of defendant.

Email query from reader Kevin S.:

  • ...from what I see in the video he was sitting in his chair when he was yanked out of it, and then tasered when he was already on the ground.  He doesn't even seem to be doing anything when on the ground.
