KU campus crack dealer gets life

From the U.S. attorney's office in Kansas:
Theogen Edward Garner, 42, Leavenworth, was sentenced Monday to federal prison for life.

  • It was his third conviction for selling drugs.
  • He was arrested last year on the KU campus with three ounces of crack he told campus police he intended to sell, not smoke.
  • His parole had been revoked four times since 2000.
