Police found two girls, ages 6 and 7, in a Wichita basement, where they hadn't been fed for an extended period of time. They looked like they'd been in a "concentration camp," police told the AP. Dad's out of town on business, and the girls only get to eat when he's home, they told investigators. The kicker? Stepmom has two other kids; they were both upstairs, healthy and well-fed.
