Deputies are searching for a dangerous sexual predator. Joey Carlton Ruttman is wanted for indecent liberties, sodomy and probation violation sexual exploitation of a child. He's been fugitive since May 17 and is believed to be driving a purple or black truck. He's believed to be in the metro area.

Sentencing was delayed for an Overland Park couple who videotaped a sexual encounter with a 17-year-old girl who had drunk with them and didn't appear to be fully conscious.
Tuesday's delay came after an hour of statements from defense attorneys, prosecutors, the victim and her mother in the case of Joey Ruttman and his wife, Tosha Ruttman.
The sentencing was delayed when Joey Ruttman experienced chest pains.
