Prank fire caller argues "lazy firefighters"

Fire Department nabs prank cell phone caller
A 29-year-old Tennessee man arrested for calling in phony reports 15 times to a local fire department said he was "doing taxpayers a favor by drawing otherwise lazy firefighters out of their cozy fire halls."
Prosecutors see it more like 15 felony counts.
