ALBANY, N.Y. - Radio conglomerate Entercom Communications of Bala Cynwyd, Pa., will pay $4.25 million to end Attorney General Eliot Spitzer's investigation of gifts _ or ''payola'' _ paid by record companies for air play, Spitzer said Wednesday.
