Fugitive caught by his GPS cell phone

A South Carolina fugitive was caught by his GPS-enabled cell phone, which gave away his location to sheriff's deputies. Norman Rattliff Jr. had been on the run for forgery and for failing to register as a sex offender, police said.
"The GPS locator on his cell phone told us about where he was, so we went and started knocking on doors," Sheriff Chuck Wright said.
