Two accused of sex extortion
Two men are accused of demanding $50,000 from a married 63-year-old, saying they had videotape of him with a prostitute. The 63-year-old was told to drop the money from Interstate 35 near downtown, onto some railroad tracks, on Thursday night. The authorities were ready and waiting when one of the suspects reportedly came to pick up the money.
From The Star: Ivon E. Yates, 65, of Ellington, Mo., and Max A. Hundley, 46, of Mission were charged with one count each of conspiracy to commit extortion and one count of making an interstate phone call for the purpose of extortion.

Good god, I can't believe they let Hundley out again. I figured they would have learned their lesson the first time they let him out and he went straight to Murder one.

Poor Hundley, down for the 3rd time. Won't the 3 strike rule affect him this go around?
It appears his karma got him this time. The old man is going down too, multiple repeat offender.
