DC cops ticketed on way to emergencies

Red-light cameras in Washington, DC are issuing tickets 10 to 15 times a day to police officers responding to emergencies. The cops than have to jump through hoops - write letters, etc. - to get the tickets dismissed. Some have just paid the ticket to avoid the hassle.
