Two teenagers -- Raymond J. Cage, 18, and Kwatez L. Sinton, 17 -- have been accused in the drive-by shooting of a 3-year-old earlier this week at the Stonegate Meadows Apartments in east Kansas City. Jackson County prosecutors allege the two suspects wanted to scare people. One of the bullets went into the little boy's apartment and hit him in the leg.
