The Kansas Highway Patrol won't run a vehicle checkpoint at this summer's Wakarusa Fest at Clinton State Park, though they'll be on the site. Instead, security will check cars at the main entrance. And there won't be any hidden cameras. There were six last year, and nobody knew they were there until after the event was over.
