Operation: Deadbeat Dads rounds up 59 men, 4 women

Over the last few days, Kansas City police and Clay County deputies arrested 63 people for not paying child support as part of Operation: Deadbeat Dads. All told, the defendants owe more than $760K in back child support. (One guy alone owes something like $86,000.) So far, those arrested have coughed up $8K, Glenn Rice reports.

UPDATED: Glenn checked back with the prosecutors on the women who were arrested. He says they owed just over $26,000 in child support payments. The prosecutor also confirmed that it's fairly rare for women to be ordered to pay child support.
