A Belleville psychiatrist has admitted to defrauding Medicare and Medicaid. How they'd catch him? On several occasions, he billed the government for more than 24 hours' worth of appointments in one day. Twice, he claimed to have handled 40 hours worth of appointments in 24 hours.
