Update on KC officer accused of choking suspect

Officer Anthony Melkowski's lawyer says the lawman never choked or stuck a nightstick in the mouth of Michael Payne, who filed a complaint against the officer. KCPD Chief Jim Corwin wants Melkowski fired.
