Hancock family drops wrongful death lawsuit

The family of Josh Hancock, the Cardinals pitcher who died in a wreck earlier this year, has withdrawn its wrongful death lawsuit against the restaurant where Hancock had hung out before the wreck, as well as the tow-truck driver whose vehicle he hit and the motorist who was being helped by the tow-truck.
