OK, since they are not part of the 'In' crowd or an athlete, they have to go to trial and fall behind in school.

13 year olds are incapable of harassment.
Teasing yes, harassment, no.
And yes, there is a difference at 13.

If it's harassment shouldn't that be a civil matter where the female students and their parents file a lawsuit.

And the girls have to testify, that is going to blow the case away because a good defense lawyer will keep the parents out in the hall during testimony.

This is what happens when the Christian Rightwing Fascist (Republicans) take control of the country and pass these darconian laws. What has happen to forgiveness in this country. These people are no better than the Pharisees in Jesus time.
