The Kansas AG is putting all of his office's victims programs under one director, in the hopes it'll improve service. The new director is Dorthy Stucky Halley, a Pittsburg State professor and former Safehouse director.

I knew people who worked on the Crime Victims' Compensation Board and it ran fine about 1990, so things must of got out of wack since then............
