Kelsey Smith Foundation plans golf tourney

Pickelsey Family and friends of Kelsey Smith have organized a golf tournament to raise money for the Kelsey Smith Foundation.

The tournament, which is open to the public, will take place Oct. 8 at Falcon Ridge Golf Course in Lenexa. More information and registration forms for the event are available online at www.kelseysarmy.com.

Smith, a Shawnee Mission West High School graduate, was 18 when she was kidnapped from an Overland Park Target parking lot and murdered. Edwin Hall has been charged with sexually assaulting and killing her.
