Morning Ssgt, guess you get the fanfare today.

Good mornig KC, another hot one today. Hope everyone that can stays cool. I will be thinking about those folks that have to work outdoors, might even take them a cool drink from time to time if possilbe.

Morning Ssgt.
Posted by: Kat | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 05:04 AM
How about thinkin about the folks who work in front of a hot fire? Outside is rather nice then.
Posted by: Doc™ | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 05:05 AM
We had a situation yesterday, one of our employee usually picks up the empty soda cans from folks here in the office. Well his supervisor decided he was stealing from the government because they have places to put the cans in every break room. So the supervisor turns this guy in to upper management and the individual was reprimanded for gathering these cans from individuals that would have just thrown them in the trash anyway.
He did the pick up before and after working hours, so no company time was used, and as I stated the people he got the cans from were the ones who didn't put them in recycle anyway. By the way the employee doing the reclcling is an excellent employee, so they weren't trying to get him because he was a screw up. His supervisor is just that petty and so is the upper management involved..
Posted by: Ssgt | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 05:15 AM
I recycle my aluminum cans and take them in and make $$ of them does that mean I'm stealing from the government also?
Posted by: Doc™ | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 05:22 AM
Market prices for aluminum range from $350 to $800/ton from local recycling centers,
I make about $35 for 100# of crush cans about 6 lawn bags full or couple 1000 cans.
Jeez, talk about a cheap boss, I wouldn't work for the idiot.
Posted by: Doc™ | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 05:36 AM
Morning all!!
So the recycling is the government's? We have bins to recycle here, but I take mine home and recycle(make $$) myself. That boss is jealous because he didn't do it first. Moron.
JDog, did you get my question about do you play in the league from where you work?
Posted by: The_Golfer | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 06:26 AM
Being that he is a good employee, you would have thought the supervisor could have just said something to him directly without involving upper management. Is there possibly something else going on that has nothing to do with cans/recycling at all?
Posted by: Kat | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 06:33 AM
Yeah Kat, you are right. It does kind of sound like this manager has it out for the model employee. Maybe this person's name is/was being bantered for a position above this current manager and this person wanted it. Best way to get it is to destroy your competition.....
Posted by: The_Golfer | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 06:42 AM
Or it is time for the evaluation and a raise or the amount of it is a factor.
Posted by: Kat | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 06:49 AM
The_Golfer
Sounds like you do what I do with your cans, make money from it. Most people just throw them out. In some states you pay a deposit on them like oregon 10¢ a can, but they have machines at each store where you just pop them in and get your money inside the store, same for plastic 2-Liter bottles. Here in the Midwest the state has centers where they want you to take them so they can make the money from it. I take mine to Merriam Ln. and 635 and make cash, they pay for all kinds of stuff not just aluminum.
Posted by: Doc™ | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 06:53 AM
Good morning everyone. Ssgt, since when are aluminum cans part of the government property? Aren't they considered private enterprise property? Why would anyone be so petty, and is this person following the employee around for a reason. I think Kat is right on target with this one.
Posted by: CareBear | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 06:58 AM
I forgot to mention that I work for a federal agency, the cans that go into the recycle bins in the break room are sold to supplement the employee rec fund. The thing is the Goodwill folks that do our trash do not recycle them they just throw them out. But most of the cans he was picking up were coming from individuals. But that is why our facilicity folks counseled him on stealing from the rec fund.
I just found out that the manager was removed last Friday for cause. It seems it was a case of racisum the forced his removal. So I guess what goes around, comes around. But it is good for the agency that this idiot was removed.

The_Golfer,
Are they Glass or Plastic. I think that place on Merriam Dr and 635 old Renyolds plant takes plastic. I know they take Glass, Brass, Aluminum. They have a sign on just what they will pay for.
This is the place give them a call and see what they have to say.

Good Morning all.
Woke up with a wheelbarrel full of water and no electricity.
I went to bed at 10:30 last night and my none digital clock stopped at 11:00. So, my freezers and refrigerators and A/C was off all night. Thank god the temperature had dropped.
I called aquila and told their auto answer service my electricity was off. They said they would send somebody out..
I got a call 2 minutes later and they were asking me if I was sure that my electricity was off... what kinda question is that.
They said they had already fixed the problems in my area.. I told them they missed one... What an idiot.

Golfer,
I do not play in any work related league. I do play in the KC Cup matches for Hillcrest; usually alternating shot.
Do you want to pursue the Kelsey tounament?
I posted yesterday or the day before that the best way to converse with me (right now) is via my email; (things are really busy at work, so I'm not in CSKC as much as in the past.

Hey jp, in light of your house buying experience, I promised you a quote from a book I've been reading, and here it is. Note that I do not mean to be offensive to anyone! The book is in the context of the Spanish civil war, and I found it amusing:
"Marriage, Army, Church and Banking - the four horses of the Apocolypse." - Carlo Ruiz Zafon (from the book Shadow of the Wind)

I know I am might end up with a reaction for the following statement.. but as a woman, I find that I get asked a lot of idiot questions like that. The water company was supposed to replace my meter and valve because the other one is so rusted that when you run your hand on it rust and chunks of eatem metal fall of in your hand. When I called after 6mths and they still hadnt done it.. he asks me rust.. are you sure its not dirt..
I would never had been asked these idiot questions if I was a guy!

Patty - In most cases if a cop that is pulled over shows their badge, the 2 cops talk for a bit and then the offending cop is sent on their way. Happens in KC all the time. Got too many cops living around me that use this regularly.
Posted by: The_Golfer | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 08:58 AM
Yep, my dad was in the Sheriff's Reserve and took advantage of that system. He kept his driver's license in a leather wallet that also displayed his badge, and voila, never got a ticket. However, I've never heard of any police force using stickers of different colors on your bumper to signify your status.

Funny, Patty! And there's truth in it!
I'll admit you're right, searching. My girlfriend gets the run-around more than I do, partially because I've usually done my homework on a subject before I call (she just doesn't have time since she has a real job), but partly because of the reasons you listed.
Of course most of the time I don't give them a chance, I just go through the whole thing start to finish and then cut them off when they start asking questions that lead down a dirt road.
Posted by: jpbikerfreak | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 09:09 AM
Tam - probably about the same, no rain gauge. Rained hard and wind blew for a short time, then I fell asleep and slept like a baby.

Something about rain... always makes a person sleep better. The wind was terrible for a short time though. I could do without that.

I remeber as a kid at Grandma's, metal roof, and the rain pelting down. OK as long as no hail, then it got REAL noisy. With the constant, steady sound, just lolled you to sleep. More restful, less stressful, kind of like last night, but no metal roof.

morning Kat,
what king of idiot puts his gun on the counter during a robbery to count the money? Did he think the clerk short changed him?
Posted by: oldman | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 09:27 AM
rhonda, good name for a dog. My name for a dog I had was "Pees when doorbell rings".
Posted by: Tam | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 09:32 AM
rhonda - got dogs, he has just learned that we just tell him to shut up and get still. He will just lay outside my room and relax.

'Redneck Games' end in raucous arrests
These competitors forgo the shotput for the "Mattress Chuck" -- where teams of two slam a 12-pack of beer, get in a pickup truck and start driving, then climb into the bed and throw the mattress as far as possible.
And if you aren't planning on heading to Beijing for the next Olympic Games, there's always the ugly "butt-crack contest."
By the time the latest event ended Sunday, more than 54 arrests and citations had been issued on charges ranging from public intoxication to speeding, according to the Henderson County Sheriff's Department.
http://www.cnn.com/2007/US/08/08/redneck.games.ap/index.html
I'm so ashamed of my fellow white folks after reading this! They make us all look bad. Now the cops will be racially profiling me and pulling me over to check for mattresses.
(For the humor-challenged, this is supposed to be sarcastic ... especially considering some of the racial charge remarks posted regarding the cop shootings.)
Posted by: kayceewolf | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 09:40 AM
Morning oldman,
I would think someone who didn't want the money that bad, if I was the clerk I'd throw the money at him and grab the gun.
Posted by: Doc™ | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 09:46 AM
Doc: Just like in the rap videos! They're always throwing money in the air.
Posted by: James Hart | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 09:49 AM
Doc...
I read the article, stated that the robber put down the shotgun to count the money, the clerk grabbed the shotgun & the robber fled...
Later, the robber returned to get the shotgun from the clerk..
Obviously, this guy's gonna show up on Worlds Dumbest Criminals, but isn't the idea to take the money & run? Why come back for a loaded shotgun, he didn't think the clerk would use it?? Did he think the clerk was as dumb as he???
Posted by: oldman | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 09:51 AM
Morning Doc, Kat, Oldman
I save my aluminum cans, I have a church not to far from my house that takes them so I usually just drop them off there. i don't make any money from it but that's ok.
Doc: I agree but when I grabbed the gun I would shoot him in the leg so he couldn't go to far.
Posted by: heather | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 09:51 AM
I'm with you, kayceewolf, it's really getting ugly over on that thread.
On a related note, we're told we will never hear from Ni again. That really hurts my feelings, considering all the great advice we gave her yesterday.

Morning Heather...
I seldom have aluminum cans as I don't drink soda and prefer my beer in glass (even if it's O'Douls)...
Due my diligence with recycling & separate all my trash & put it out so Deffenbaugh can charge me to pick it up & make money off of it...

Kat, do you wear a June Cleaver outfit while playing housewife?
Posted by: aqua | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 10:45 AM
agreed, rhonda.
I've got a similar situation we're dealing with in another group I belong to.
one of our members made a racial statement against another member. one of our really good, active members overheard it and threatened to quit if we don't "do something".
Without getting into much detail, there's not a whole lot we can "do about it", except try to keep him on a short leash.
It's sad that good people threaten to quit because of a few morons. There are a few morons in any group of people. What are you going to do? Turn the whole thing over to them so they can run it?

That's probably a bit much to ask of James due to the heavy volume on this blog though. But ya, he does a pretty good job of keeping a lid on it.

Doc,
I think aqua's been locked up enough...
time to let him roam free for awhile. In fact, I've told the smite monster to send the kevlar bear costume out to be cleaned. No bear rides for the next couple of weeks...
Altho, perhaps he's depressed because we haven't put him in the bear costume. I think it's how he earns his beer money
Posted by: oldman | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 10:55 AM
R2D2 is not gonna like that oldman, you know how much he enjoys the ride.
But true aqua has been caged up for a while he does need a break.

Aqua I'm so glad that you are here I missed you. No bear costume for me you look just sexy in it.
Posted by: | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 10:58 AM
jewwells, no guttering over it. It sits about 15 feet from the house on a slant....so it holds all the water. Gotta thing, the rain gauge is meant to collect over what a specific area gets. My pickup collects the water from the entire area of the pickup....so it collects more. But it rained like hell last night. I loved it since I was up, as was the wife. I think around 12. We have leaves and branches down all over. Maybe we just got the brunt of it. Of course now jp will say he didn' get a drop.
Posted by: Onetime | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 10:59 AM
Good morning all, the rain was so nice, made it very hard to get out of bed after such great sleep!
As for recycling goes, we don't because I won't pay for it, that's ridiculous. But I grew up in Iowa where cans and bottles have a deposit. It was a monthly ritual in college - go home, do laundry, raid pantry, steal every can and bottle I could find, return for a week's worth of beer money, fill up at the full service gas station, say "charge it to my dad", and then back to school, all while my parents were at work and couldn't do anything about it. Ah, those were the days :o)

Posted by: cooper1178 | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 11:08 AM
Nope onetime, diameter of opening doesn't matter. An inch of rain will fill a container 1" regardless of size.
On another side of the scale. It takes 10 inches of snow to equal 1" of rain in term of water volume.

Your welcome, couldn't let you go around as the nameless one. Aqua was probably wondering who was talking to him. He might of thought he had a secret admirer.

Hey Doc, I was wondering who that was. I'm very pleased it was Heather. And by the way Doc, won't you take it easy on the Beaver?

Send some of the rain my way we need it. Right now its good we are not having any rain in the metro area it keeps the rivers current and water lever down so they can get the people and all the cars out of the water.

I'm sitting here waiting for people to figure out what to do as far as flowers for the boss's bday tomorrow. When I say check your email I guess that means check it in the next 24 hours. I need to order them in the next 30 minutes. Might just order them myself and tell them have fun handing her your card.

Ya I read about it in the news. Had to try that just like I had to try the shotgun suicide thing from yesterday.
Actually I have a friend who is a K-9 cop - I bet he'd let me bark at his dog just to laugh at me. LOL

ya exactly LOL
Actually the dog won't do anything unless he tells him to.
you could be standing there with 10 pounds of weed in a backpack and he wouldn't do anything, unless the command was given... or so that's what he tells me. interesting.

wassup peeps...just doing some chores..quite a storm last nigh eh?...Ni I just came from that blog about the shooting..if you read this..I just want to say..please come back you have some very interesting thing to add...we all get our knippers in a wad every once in a while..this is a slice of society here..it takes all kinds..the point is..if you just leave like that then you can do nothing toward contributing to food for thought to others..you never know what comment you make might just help someone when they need it most..even if someone disagrees with you and they have an open mind..they might change..never know..but you can't do nothing if ya ain't here..lol..I'm done..jumps off soapbox.
Posted by: rumi | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 01:01 PM
jp..I had a friend that said he had to stay away from K-9 cops because he always ruined their dogs...lol..I just found that very hard to believe..but he claimed he would have the dog obeying him instead of the cop...I never witnessed this and if true would be remarkable..but like I said..I think he was sniffing glue or something..
Posted by: rumi | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 01:04 PM
jp...he could tell me whatever he wants, I ain't testing it lol
Posted by: Onetime | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 01:05 PM
Actually the dog is a drug dog only. He's not trained to attack. They don't often cross train them I'm told because some dogs are good at sniffing contraband and some are good at attacking, but rarely both.
rumi, I find that very hard to believe. Those officers live with their dogs and nobody else is allowed to handle them. My friend and his k-9 are inseparable. To tell you the truth I'd be much more afraid of my friend than the dog anyway LOL.

When it comes to our boss/owner here. I don't buy him or donate funds for the cause any longer. Heck the guy has as much in his pocket as I make a month. Condo's in Florida, Mexico, Lake of the Ozark's. A 8000 sq ft place in Lee's Summit. There is nothing I can afford or all of us together can afford that he doesn't already have.

You know, many of you have very valid points about the racism thing, and people getting hurt over the remarks. I clearly remember reading a few yesterday that indicated that we "Baby Boomers" are working longer and that we're possibly preventing younger workers the opportunity to move "up". I had never thought of that, and maybe the theory may be somewhat correct.
However, we "Boomers" may be working longer in our "old age" due to varying factors. Could be that we can't afford to retire, some of us might actually enjoy working for a living, OR it could be that some of us have a retired spouse at home!
I certainly wouldn't want to hinder the younger crowd from making a good living as I have grown children and grandchildren and would like to see them have every opportunity available. BUT, I didn't get my feelings hurt. I enjoy reading the differing opinions from you regular bloggers. Most, if not all, have sensible thoughts to offer.

There are times when this place is like a bunch of panhandlers... the donation envelopes, fundraiser catalogs for fluffy poreclain angels with candles coming out of their mouths, chocolates, pies, knitted dog sweaters and other assorted worthless crap get sent around every 5 minutes.
Now if they'd send something around that I could actually USE I'd probably buy it. give me a catalog for beer, power tools, guns and ammo, and other hunting supplies and I'm down with it.
Posted by: jpbikerfreak | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 01:17 PM
Ya i agree, old lady. That's all bunk. One more productive worker doesn't take anything away from the rest. It's not a zero sum economy.
The more people there are producing, the more jobs are available, meaning you working doesn't have to put someone else out of work.

Aqua - I have The Beaver costume if you want to try it for awhile, but you seem more like a Wally.
I am late on the recycling posts, but we used to have curbside recycling when we lived in CA. It was embarassing to have so many glass beer bottles each week; I made my husband cut back. You could drive down the street on pick up day and see who drank what the week prior.
Posted by: Kerri | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 01:22 PM
I agree jp. At least I'm still contributing to the IRS, state and city and NOT withdrawing from them. I'm still paying for half of my health insurance premium (not Medicare) AND I think I'm making a difference at least in my place of employment.
Posted by: Old Lady | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 01:24 PM
Ya, and when you think about it, it's common sense old lady.
Our standard of living is considerably better than it was 100 years ago, and our population is exponentially larger. Obviously we've added workers and we're better off.
Posted by: jpbikerfreak | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 01:25 PM
kerri, drive by my place on trash day. People must think I have a party every thursday.

That's funny Onetime. I used to buy a birthday cake and a card (my own funds) for the birthdays in a particular month. The guys used to complain that they didn't have time (5 minutes) to stop to celebrate co-worker's birthdays, so after the last one of the year a few years back, I quit doing that. THEN, "where's the cake?"!!!!
Posted by: Old Lady | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 01:28 PM
More workers = more consumers= more jobs
Duh!
Posted by: Searching | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 01:28 PM
Kerri, didn't your California neighbors have anything better to do than drive up and down the streets counting how much was imbibed the past week? LOL
Oh, that reminds me - it's bulky trash pickup month. Wish I could just tip over the house and let everything fall out the doors and windows.
Posted by: kmb | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 01:29 PM
You guys need a keg-o-rator.
go to the salvation army and get an old junked out refrigerator. They gave me my first one for free.
you can order the tap kits online for about $150.00. Get the Co2 cylinder filled at any welding supply shop. Buy keg, screw on tap, open valve.... and you've got some good draft beer without all the trash.
Once you're past your initial investment on the tap and possibly the fridge, it's about the same pricewise. used to be alot cheaper, but I think they've raised the tax on it considerably.

Posted by: The_Golfer | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 01:31 PM
Funny Kerri. We don't have recycling where I live but it's important to my husband and me that we recycle as much as possible. You know, for the grandkids! My husband (retired) takes the recycling to Metro North Mall about once a month. Usually the full back of his Explorer full. It used to really bother him when he'd get the beer bottles out. He'd tell them we'd had a BIG family gathering!
Posted by: Old Lady | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 01:33 PM
jp, I'd do that, but then the wife would really know how much I drink when I have to refill the keg all the time. At least now I can just wander in with my beer and she's none the wiser.
Posted by: Onetime | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 01:34 PM
does metro north have a drop there, or do you just take it there because no one will really notice???
Posted by: Onetime | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 01:36 PM
kegs pretty much all look the same, onetime. Just exchange it when she's not around.
Or maybe I could start up a keg delivery service. I'd be like the milkman, but I'd leave a keg on your porch.
I get mine from Mel's right up the street from us. There are so many friggin stickers (ABC's stupid worthless and ineffective keg tracking program) on our deposit page I think they're writing over them now LOL.

Posted by: Old Lady | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 01:39 PM
Oh, and you're right about no one noticing. What a joke for a mall!
Posted by: Old Lady | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 01:41 PM
Malls are so 5 minutes ago.
Metcalf south is so deserted you could fire a howitzer down the corridors and not hit anyone most days.
I don't know how they stay in business really.
Posted by: jpbikerfreak | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 01:45 PM
Once the JC Penny's opens down at I-35 and 152, that store will close at Metro North, so then it should die a painful death.
Posted by: The_Golfer | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 01:45 PM
north has been in a slow death for a long time. When I lived up there it was blah. From what I understand the old fart who owns it has everything paid off. So whatever he makes off of it is in his pocket, he doesn't care to bring in new tenants or fix it up. Could be wrong though.
Posted by: Onetime | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 01:49 PM
OK onetime, here's a business idea.
Kegs delivered by hot chicks in bikinis. You know it would take 4 or 5 of them to maneuver the keg out of the van and onto the 2 wheeler of course.
Installation would be included, and a free demonstration of the use of the keg as well. Various drinking techniques, glass pouring instructions, etc would be covered in the demo.
what do you think, am I on to something here? I'm thinking we'd go IPO within a year.
Posted by: jpbikerfreak | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 01:51 PM
jp - could ya have a "chippendales champagne" kind of delivery service for us women (and non-beer drinkers)?
Kinda looking forward to that one. how soon can I place my order?
Posted by: kmb | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 01:54 PM
jp, would you have a shirtless men division as well? I really want a keg-erator when we move and I would sign up for the service, as well as probably have more parties ;o)
Posted by: cooper1178 | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 01:55 PM
absolutely. Being the open minded person I am, I'd also include a gay and lesbian service as well.
Of course the lesbian service would be open to both guys and gals.

I was told by a Macy's employee that they are going to tear the mall down and make it more like Zona Rosa. Keep the anchor stores (Macy's and JC Penny). I find that hard to believe and especially now that The_Golfer said that JC Penny is building in Liberty. Didn't know that. It's my understanding that the people that once owned Metro North also owned Metcalf South.

"Authorities do not believe alcohol was involved."
Yeah, right.
Posted by: kmb | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 02:01 PM
Now I know why women over 40 won't go out with me. They are starving, and I say "Bring me some more!!". Many I meet are exercise freaks. OK, once or twice a week, but ones I run in to do it like 7 days a week and some twice a day.
So I ask "Do you have any life besides work and the gym?". Then they get mad......
The Penney's is being built at 152 and Flintlock, behind the Buffalo Wild Wings, Circuit City. Pretty close to being done.
Posted by: The_Golfer | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 02:02 PM
Exactly onetime! Now you're thinking!
The refrigerators do need to be cleaned out from time to time. Plus if you ran out of co2, they could show up in welding outfits with the tanks and maybe even a torch or something just for effect.
You know how much hot chicks like power tools. There's no denying that, I've seen all the calendars.
Posted by: jpbikerfreak | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 02:04 PM
any story that starts with "homemade" involves alcohol.
Posted by: Onetime | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 02:04 PM
Especially if floating on water is involved.
Posted by: Searching | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 02:05 PM
Thanks for the info The_Golfer. I live in Smithville and haven't been to Liberty for a while. I will admit that Liberty is growing at a fast pace. Have been thinking about downsizing the homestead and might look at Liberty. Been north for 11 years. Moved out of Johnson County and headed north. I like Smithville because it's quiet, buy I'm getting really tired of the 54 mile a day round trip.
Posted by: Old Lady | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 02:08 PM
oh, THAT kind of servicing. Power tools, I thought they liked cars?
Posted by: Onetime | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 02:08 PM
kmb, cooper and rhonda:
Please sign me up, too!
Posted by: Old Lady | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 02:11 PM
Well eventually when we went nationwide, we could have other types of servicing in states like Nevada where it's legal.
I have a feeling that alot of city councils would throw a fit though. We may have to milk it for all it's worth for about a year, then when the right-wingers start getting upset and call Phil Kline we could sell it and let someone else get it shut down.
Posted by: jpbikerfreak | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 02:11 PM
come to think of it JP, maybe my tahoe could be put to use. Just my opinion, but I see a nice lookin gal pull up in something like that...I'd prolly order a keg for the next day already.
Posted by: Onetime | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 02:12 PM
It would depend on the area onetime.
For areas like westport we'd need a VW magic bus.
For JoCo it would have to be an Escalade or Escursion or something.
For the rural areas we'd need a huge pickup with a lift kit and big knobby tires.
Posted by: jpbikerfreak | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 02:16 PM
OL - yeah, it has BOOMED on both sides of I-35. You just need to come down and drive around for a little bit. And they are building still.
Posted by: The_Golfer | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 02:16 PM
For Brookside you would need a Prius or bicycle pulled. Earth shoes, tie dyed clothes.....
Posted by: The_Golfer | Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 02:18 PM
Aw, jp - shucks. A really great idea, and now you have to get to work:
- Build a new web page for the service.
- Hi
