Illegal immigrant loses testicles, freedom after firing on SWAT team
It's been a year and a half since Texas police raided Guillermo Urquiza's home, looking for proof that he tried to order a hit on a police officer. Urquiza, who was asleep, grabbed a gun and fired when he heard the commotion. Officers fired back, hitting him in the crotch and stomach. He had to be castrated as a result.
He's been sentenced to five years for firing at the officers -- they were never able to prove the original accusation. He says it's unfair because he didn't know they were police. The authorities say they clearly announced and identified themselves. Their uniforms were also clearly marked.
Once Urquiza gets out, he'll be deported -- he's an illegal immigrant.

Don't you just hate it when you lose your testicles? On a brighter note, No Child Support Payments!

I think we should round up a few thousand of his fellow countrymen and send them home with him....

If he is an illegal immigrant why on earth are we waiting 5 years to deport him? I don't want to pay to keep him in a jail supposed by MY taxes. The prisons are crowded enough as it is. Send him back where he cam from and let him live in filth there.

If they ship him back it's like a free half of a vacation: Shipped back to Mexico, party with friends and family, sneak back across the border!
Incarceration is SUPPOSED to serve four purposes: Punish, Deter, Rehabilitate, and Remove from society. Whether it is realistic to expect effective results for all four is another discussion.

good.. now deport his ass. no balls and all.

It’s unfortunate that the police did not have better aim. No trial, no jail, no food, no housing, and no cost of sending him back, all is good.

I agree with sending illegals back - or keeping them out in the first place - but does it bother anyone that the police were unable to prove the accusation they broke into his home for? If he had been a lawful American citizen, would we feel the same?

That's one of the problem with illegal immigrants from Mexico. If someone like that kills a cop, then they can flee to Mexico and Mexico will refuse to extradict to any state that has a death penalty such as California. So they literally know that they can get away with murder, even and especially of a police officer, if they can get back across the border.
Oh, but it's all racist, right?

Man.... It really takes balls to shoot at a cop.

Why aren't all illegal immigrants deported when they are found out?

If you shoot at a cop you better have an extra set of balls cause they're gonna one set from you.

It bothers me that all over the United States cops can break into someone's house, taser or shoot the occupants and get away with it, right or wrong.
I have long been opposed to no-knock warrants. There is almost always a better way to handle a situation.
I'll never forget Randy Weaver and his family at Ruby Ridge, or the slaughter at Waco.
The next time it may be YOU.

I have no sympathy for illegal aliens whatsoever. They are here in violation of the immigration laws of the United States, yet that means nothing to crooked/corrupt/greedy politicians and many big business types. If this danger to our security and our fellow Americans is not checked, we may very well have another Civil War on our hands. If this occurs, and I hope it does not, it will make the one fought from 1861 to 1865 look like a skirmish. I fully support LEGAL IMMIGRATION, BUT I TOTALLY OPPOSE ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION. Many illegals openly hate us and our laws and refuse to assimilate. They receive free healthcare, welfare, social security and even free tuition IN PREFERENCE TO AMERICAN CITIZENS WHO NEED THESE SERVICES! Many peaceful and tranquil communities in our nation have been turned into CESSPOOLS AND S^&Tholes by these illegal aliens. And let us not forget that many horrendous crimes have been committed by these invaders against innocent American citizens-Rape, Robbery, Murder and even the molestation of innocent children! If I am a racist for wanting the immigration laws of my nation strictly adhered to then so be it! And to hell with LA RAZA, MALDEF and anyone who supports these racist organizations!

This should warm your heart:
St. Martin parish deputies have arrested four men in the case of the headless body found in the Atchafalaya River. The four suspects were picked up in Lafayette.
They are 19-year-old Gustavo Acosta, 22-year-old Julio Rodriguez, and 34-year-old Jose Acosta; all from Mexico. A fourth suspect, 41-year-old Nelson Riverois is from Youngsville.
The victim has been identified as 27-year-old Mario Lopez, also from Mexico. Police found Lopez' headless, bullet-riddled body earlier this month.
Investigators aren't giving a motive and won't say how the victim knew the suspects. The suspects are in the St. Martin parish jail and police say the investigation is ongoing.
Two of the suspects had tattoos that may link them to the Mexican mafia.
"One of the things we're going to be focusing on in the continued investigation in the fact two of these people we suspect of being gang members," said Vernon Francis of Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

How hateful can you be? Only two people read the story and at least question the possibility that this human being was mistreated by a swat team, and the rest of you only jump on the immigration issue? Does it dawn on you that this is an innocent man, horribly wounded in a terrible attack, and his family can read this stuff? For your info, he lived in America since he was a child (legally), worked hard, paid taxes, and is a very good person.

"He's been sentenced to five years for firing at the officers.

The keywords here, SWAT NOT, are "illegal immigrant". He's an illegal alien. He broke into the country in violation of the law. He was denutted and when he gets out of the pokey he'll be deported.
Justice will have been served.
