He'd put up a sign saying "NO TRICK-OR-TREAT" so he was pretty upset when he got a visitor, he told the police. The 61-year-old is getting probation and community service, and he has to pay 150 pounds in restitution to the kid -- sort of a delayed treat, if you will.
