Why sue the bar so another "John Edwards" scumbag lawyer gets rich?
Sad that this happens but she had no business doing what she was doing.
Drinking at a bar with a guy (while she is "under age") then leaving with the guy to a motel? Did she not know what she was doing? I hardly doubt it.

i hate the fact that i have to get online and see all the bad things people have said i knew emily and every one is makin her out to be something she was not..emily was an amazing girl who cared about everyone and had one of the biggest hearts i could ever imagine a girl having..she was alwasy happy and wanted so much for herself.. all the porn needs to stop it really is not as bad as everyone is maiking it out to be she was no PORN STAR she was an original girl... thats the thing if you knew her you wouldnt have one bad thing to say about her cause there was nothing she was my best friend.... please respect her..
