Kansas City police dispatchers had a couple of odd ones:
7:52 p.m.
“…he (the subject) advised that if police do not come
and pick him up for his Clay County warrant, he would start shooting
bystanders with his bazooka.”
8:37 p.m.
“…Since
you’re over there, can you go ahead and respond to 39 and Wyoming on that party wanting to freeze himself to death?”
