Andrew Sapien

Sapien, 19, has been convicted of sodomizing an 10-year-old girl and a 11-year-old boy when Sapien was 16, Platte County prosecutors report. He could get 60 years in prison.

And it sounds like these weren't the first victims. From the official statement:

Platte County Prosecutor Eric Zahnd said, “I don’t know whether this young man simply won’t stop or whether he can’t stop abusing children. But after he abused one child, the juvenile system gave him the chance to obtain treatment. Instead of changing his behavior, he abused two other children.”

(hence the pseudoname) from what i read in this case there is enough evidence to prove beyond any possible doubt... terminate this kid right now, save our tax dollars for the next 60 years, and yes... deeply investigate whoever was responsible for his upbringing.

You know this "man" was once a little boy that was loved dearly. He had a close knit family that wasn't perfect but they loved him and they love him still, even in this they love him unconditionally. The guy was only a kid himself when he did this. I'm not saying it is right, but he had to learn it somewhere. He's 19 now, but has been going back and forth through the courts for 3 years on this. I think it was way harsh how he got sentenced as an adult. He needs help.

I know Andrews family because I was at one time very close to his family, they took me in and treated me like one of there own kids. He has great parents and a great family who loves him. Unless you know this guy or his family please dont pass any comments that you pull out of your ass's. I went to high school with him. He was a friend. I cared about him a lot! When I heard aboout all that happened, I couldn't believe it. I knew he had a bad home life, but I never thought he was capable of things like this. When I first met him he had a way of always making me smile and laugh. Whenever I was having a bad day he could always cheer me up even if it ment making him look totaly stupid. We would sit and talk, about all kinds of things. He told me about problems he was having with his family, and how much he hated them always wanting so much out of him. He said it drove him crazy. It makes me sick to think that he really did this. I wrote him a poem back in high school when he was going through some hard times... Let me know what you think...
