PREVIOUSLY: Story is from Tucson, Ariz. Kumari Fulbright -- aka Miss Pima County 2005 and Miss Desert Sun 2006 -- is accused of kidnapping and torturing her ex-boyfriend with three other people. (Miss Fulbright also clerked for a federal judge when she was a law student.)
Authorities allege that she bit the man several times, stuck a butcher knife in his ear and pointed a gun at him among other things.
He eventually escaped by running from the house screaming, police said.
