IN man jailed for making his own crosswalk

Whitney Stump said the city of Muncie wouldn't post a stop sign or paint a crosswalk on his street, so he did it himself. He got caught when he went back and tried to do a touchup. He spent 10 hours in jail for it, but says he still plans to paint more.

This story speaks to me - I've wanted for so long to hire a cement company to put speed bumps in our street in the dead of night.

What's the big deal, he's saving the city money by keeping up with it himself. The city sucks!

Hope I don't get in trouble for the make shift "NO DUMPING" signs I posted at the dead end street. My sigh reads: No DUMPING and if you get caught I'll rip your head off.
