Mitchell Johnson

Johnson

When he was 12 years old, Mitchell Johnson helped kill five people and wound 10 others in Jonesboro, Ark. (The Jonesboro school shooting -- where the two boys responsible triggered a fire alarm and then fired from cover when everybody evacuated -- happened in 1998.)

Johnson, who was imprisoned until he turned 21, is back in trouble again. Police say they caught him with guns and pot during a traffic stop in Arkansas. Today, he's going back to court, where he could face a sentence of 10 years if he's found guilty.

Oh, he's turned out so well ...

What in the Hail do they expect? He was trained and raised to have no Conscience at 12 and to kill. Without any rehab to prepare him for life as a decent citizen and to live outside the walls of prison did they expect he would change?? He was 12 for Christ sake. Who raised him after he went to Detention?? That's who's to blame for his bad behavior now. The boy probably aint be raised up since he was born. Sheeesh!!

Actually, I'm a little confused by the story. He's being charged with a felony of possessing a gun while in possession of or being addicted to a controlled substance. In this case, that was 1 ounce of marijuana. (He was originally charged with a misdemeanor but that was withdrawn so the Feds could charge him with the more serious felony.) He hasn't been in any trouble since he got out of prison.

If not for his past, he would have received a traffic ticket and gone on his merry way.

Think the authorities were just looking for a reason to send him back to jail??

who cares what the authorities motive was. That scummy little bastard shot and killed 5 innocent people and would have killed more if he were a better marksman. Som of you people are flipping stupid. Kill that little monster!

Dear Anonymous,

No, Sweetie, I'm NOT stupid. I don't have a problem with him spending the rest of his life incarcerated. I'm just not that keen on abuse of power to make it happen.

winkyb2m obviously you're not aware of the cease fire initiative that the federal government came up with about 8-9 years ago. It was designed to help stop the violence in our communities. What it has turned out to be was a quick fix for the government to incarcerate as many individuals as possible. If you have ANY felony conviction you are not allowed to have possession of not only a firearm but also ammunition or any type of explosive material i.e. fireworks.

There are thousands of people who are currently serving time in the federal prison system for the abuse of this initiative.

He butt fucked his murdering buddy just minutes before they killed those kids. He can rot in fag hell

poor kid... monkeys would have rasied him better than the dipstiks that rasied him!!!!!

but still anyone should know that it would hurt to be killed

shut up to all of yall, yeah its sad what happened, but u dont know how hes changed and yall dont even know his parents.

wow, just finished watching the story on TV.he just needs a chance to be his true self.Seems like last years inccident was another act of not thinking and rushing things.I'm not sure if he was found guilty or not; I just hope he is out of trouble making better and wiser choices and poeple are not closing doors on him.Best luck to him
