yOU NEED TO DO SOME RESEARCH BEFORE YOU SAY THAT , VICK IS NOT GOING TO RECEIVE ANY SPECIAL TREATMENT . HE HAS ALREADY BEEN ENROLLED IN A PROGRAM , THAT OTHER INMATES HAS APPLIED FOR , SOME FOR OVER 2 YEARS !!!!! I WOULD SAY THATS HOW FAILED OUR SYSTEM REALLY IS.
