KCPD investigates homicide in 1100 block of East 56th
From KCPD: On Saturday, February 16, 2008 at approximately 3pm, KCMO Police were called to a residence in the 1100 block of East 65 Street in regard to a shooting. Upon arrival, officers located the lifeless body of a white female inside the residence.
The victim is believed to be in her early 40's and possibly lived in the neighborhood. After talking to witnesses it appears the shooting may be drug related. There are no suspects in custody and anyone with information is asked to call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-8477.
A white crime victim in the inner-city. No way! She couldn't have been white. White people are never involved in crimes.
