The trial of Bobby Cutts Jr. begins

Cutts

Cutts is the former Ohio policeman accused of killing Jessie Davis, the woman who was pregnant with his kid. Their other kid, age 2, reportedly told police, "Mommy's in the rug." Defense is arguing that police have nothing to tie Cutts to the homicide.

He said the medical examiner was unable to determine how Davis was killed, listing the cause as "unspecified homicidal violence."

"They don't have a cause of death, rather they have hypotheticals," he said.

Has he always had that Bulls-Eye between the eyes on his forehead? How considerate.

how pathetic the prosecution doesn't have a stronger case and how damn annoying that they brought this to trial without having a strong case - this man is going to get away with murdering the mother of his child and an unborn child in front of his child - how terribly sad indeed -

haha Nick
