That's a whopping .024 percent. James, how many officers were involved, and at what cost??

If my math is right, it is 2.4%. They better start getting the numbers up or some judge is going to dismiss the arrests as the products of an unconstitutional checkpoint.

Ward Parkway and Wornall? Seems like a lame spot for this . . . if you wanna catch fish, fish where the fish are bitin'. Not much going on at this intersection IMHO.
