Colorado deputy suspended 45 days for "painful" butt slap
The victim was another male deputy who was so traumatized that he made a report and eventually resigned. There was an internal-affairs investigation and everything, the Rocky Mountain News reports. Snip:
All of a sudden, Deputy Bobby Rogers "slapped him hard on the buttocks," city documents state.
"What the hell!" Hernandez yelled as others in the room burst into laughter, documents state.
"I think I cupped it," Rogers said, according to documents.
"I think you got lift," quipped another deputy.
"If you're going to stick it out, I'm going to hit it," said Rogers, generating another round of laughter, documents state.
WOW.... Was it a slap...hug....tap on the back.....who knows? LOL

I'm waiting for blarney to say Hernandez should have beat the cr@p outta the guy in front of everyone to teach him a lesson.
I do sense an undercurrent of latent homosexuality in this incident . . .

I'm kind of torn on this. Maybe he should have just beat the crap out of him but then if that slap hurt that badly, this probably wasn't really an option. Maybe just going to his house and burning it down would have taught him a lesson.
