Man accused of MO chainsaw attack gets committed

This is the case where a man allegedly used a chainsaw and a knife to attack four others at a homeless shelter in New Bloomfield, Mo. Matthew J. Watkins isn't competent to stand trial, an exam determined. So he's been placed in a state mental health facility, the Columbia Tribune reports.
