Trial scheduled for former Jeff City radio host

Keown James Keown -- who used to be an on-air personality at a Jeff City radio station -- is supposed to go on trial this week in Massachusetts. Keown is accused of killing his wife by poisoning her Gatorade with antifreeze, so he could collect on her insurance policy. Here's a backgrounder on the case from the News-Tribune.

Here's a press release from the DA handling the case.

The Boston Herald says it might be very tough to prove that antifreeze was used as a murder weapon.
