Here are two more events scheduled for National Crime Victims' Rights Week, which runs April 13-19.

In Wyandotte County, there will be a program on April 14 at Community Missionary Baptist Church, 1300 Meadowlark Lane in KCK. Dinner starts at 5:30 p.m. followed by the program at 6:30 p.m. Here's a PDF of the event flyer.

From the Platte County prosecutor's office:

The public is invited to attend the third annual Victims’ Rights Breakfast hosted by the Platte County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.  The breakfast will be held at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, April 18 at the First Baptist Church of Platte City.  Roger Kemp, the father of slain Johnson County, Kansas teenager Ali Kemp, will speak at the breakfast.
