Kansas City police just sent out a missing-person alert: If you've seen 24-year-old Terry L. Bonner, call 816-234-5239.
He's described as a black male, 6-foot-1, 180 pounds with short hair, a mustache, a goatee and Chinese characters tattooed on one of his forearms. Bonner was last seen about 9:30 a.m. Monday leaving Hunt Midwest Subtropolis, 8600 NE Underground Drive, and his family suspects foul play.
