Two others will be disciplined, and a sergeant will be demoted for failing to break it up. Two other officers, though, were found to be justified and won't be reprimanded. The Philly PD says this was not a racial matter.

They need to be fired. That's what they get for saying that there was a shooting in the area, and the men in the car fit the discription of the shooters. They knew they had the wrong men in the first place. So they are getting what they deserve. Those freakin idiots!!!

Are any of us surprised at the firings???
The only two things I'm surprised about in regards to this case are 1)that it took this long and 2) we haven't seen Jesse and Al bitching more about it.
