At one point, the FBI looked at a Grandview man as a possible suspect in the Kelsey Smith case, but he was quickly ruled out. More here.

I don't know if this blip will make much difference in the long run, but it's not the first time Phill-with-2-L's Kline has been caught withholding evidence from the defense. You'd think he'd have learned by now, but he still confuses the job of prosecutor with the job of God.

I just hope that they don't jack around and wind up losing this case. This family deserves to see justice served to this piece of S#*t. My heart is with the Smith family as they go down this long winding path of the criminal justice system.
