Bill would reimburse MO for jailing illegal immigrants

Right now, Missouri only gets reimbursed for jailing/imprisoning convicted illegal immigrants. The bill, if approved by Congress, would let the state get paid for housing suspects before their trials. States say it's only fair they get reimbursed because the feds haven't found a way to limit illegal immigration.
