Four charged in Olathe carjacking
Police say three adults and a 17-year-old -- all from KCK -- were responsible for shooting a man in the head and face and taking his phone, wallet and Jeep last week in Olathe.

Does it matter that they are - all from KCK - and shot someone? The crime is horrible no matter where they are from.
